Germany - Sweden Ferries: Travemünde - Trelleborg
Germany - Sweden ferries are operated on Travemünde - Trelleborg route, which is operated by TT-Line. The ferry from Germany to Sweden leaves from 2 to 3 times a day. The same applies to crossings from the Swedish side. Sailing takes about 9 hours.

Germany - Sweden Ferries: Rostock - Trelleborg
Ferries from Germany to Sweden on the Rostock - Trelleborg route are operated by two ferry operators - TT-Line and Stena Line. The TT-Line ferries depart from the German port up to three times every day, while they depart from the Swedish port up to four times each day. Stena Lines units run from Rostock to Trelleborg 3 times a day Monday through Saturday and twice a day on Sundays. Ferries from Sweden to Germany run with the same frequency. Ferry trips by both ferry owner between Rostock and Trelleborg take about 6 hours.

Germany - Sweden Ferries: Kiel - Goteborg
Stena Line offers a ferry service between Germany and Sweden on the Kiel - Goteborg route. Ferry departures take place once a day in both directions. There is a ferry service available every day of the week. The ferry trip between Kiel and Goteborg takes about 14 hours.

Germany - Sweden Ferries: Rostock - Malmö
Scandlines offers combined tickets on the Rostock - Malmö line - this includes a ferry from Rostock to Gedser and an Øresund Bridge. Ferries on the Rostock - Gedser relation run daily, about 10 times a day. Ferries travel in the opposite direction with the same frequency. The crossing takes about 2 hours. Tickets for the Rostock - Gedser ferry can be purchased as open tickets or for a specific time as well.
Gedser is located approximately 150 kilometers from Copenhagen. This part of a journey must be traveled individually. The Øresund Bridge, which connects Copenhagen and Malmö, is open 24 hours a day. The bridge is less than eight kilometers in length.
Germany - Sweden Ferries: Puttgarden - Malmö
Another combined booking can be made for the crossing between Puttgarden and Malmö. The ferry crossing takes place on the route Puttgarden - Rodbyhavn. The relation is served by Scandlines’ ferries. The ferries run daily, every 40 minutes and take approximately 40 minutes. This applies to sailings in both directions. Due to the high frequency of Puttgarden - Rodbyhavn ferries, tickets on this route are open tickets.
There are about 160 kilometers to travel between the port of Rodbyhavn and Copenhagen, where the Øresund Bridge begins. You can cross the bridge between Denmark and Sweden at any time.
Germany - Sweden Ferries: Rostock - Helsingborg
The Rostock - Helsingborg crossing is a combination of two Scandlines ferry crossings on the Rostock - Gedser and Helsingør - Helsingborg routes. The details of the Rostock - Gedser relationship remain the same as for the Rostock - Malmö route discussed earlier.
The port of Gedser is about 190 km from the port of Helsingør. Ferries from Helsingør to Helsingborg run all week. Ferry departures take place every 15 or 20 minutes depending on the day of the week. Crossing takes only 20 minutes.
Germany - Sweden Ferries: Puttgarden - Helsingborg
Another combined ticket is available on the Puttgarden - Helsingborg relation. In this case, the ticket combines the Puttgarden - Rodbyhavn and Helsingør – Helsingborg sailings. To get from the port of Puttgarden to the port of Helsingør you need to travel about 200 km. Detailed information on each route is described in previous chapters.
