Eurotunnel: Service suspension and maintenance works
Disruptions in Eurotunnel service between Calais and Folkestone.
UPDATE 20/01/25
Due to bi-national safety exercise, with the French and British authorities, during the night of 25th to 26th January 2025, Eurotunnel service will be temporarily suspended.
Last train departures before the closing will be on Saturday at 23:20 from Calais and at 22:22 from Folkestone (local time).
First train departures after the closing will be on Sunday at 06:16 from Calais and at 05:14 from Folkestone (local time).
If you wish to travel on the last departure please check-in no later than 60 minutes before the planned departure time. Both Calais and Folkestone terminals will be closed during this time.
UPDATE 01/10/24
As part of the annual safety program to maintain Eleclink equipment in the tunnel, work will be carried out on the nights of 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 October, which will result in a change to the train schedule between 20:00 and 08:00 (CET).

Upgrade works in Eurotunnel are planned overnight from Friday 13th to Saturday 14th of September. Service will operate with changed schedule at night between 20:00 and 08:00 (CET).

Upgrade works in Eurotunnel are planned overnight from Friday 15th to Saturday 16th March. Service will operate with changed schedule during this time.
UPDATE 06/03/24
Essential upgrade of Eurotunnel's engineering systems is planned overnight from Saturday 16th to Sunday 17th March. Becasue of that service will be suspended during that time.
Last train departures before the closing will be on Saturday at 23:22 from Calais and at 23:22 from Folkestone.
First train departures after the closing will be on Sunday at 05:52 from Calais and at 05:52 from Folkestone.
