Irish Ferries informed that due to worsening weather conditions following sailings will be cancelled:

- 14:30 09.12 Dublin-Holyhead which has been moved at 13:45 - cancelled
- 20:15 09.12 Holyhead-Dublin which has been moved at 19:30 - cancelled

Irish Ferries informed that due to bad weather conditions following sailings will be cancelled:

- Cherbourg-Dublin 16:30 09.12.25r.
- Dublin-Cherbourg 18:30 09.12.25r. 


UPDATE 08/12/25

Irish Ferries informed that due to adverse weather expected early tomorrow, the Holyhead Port Authority has advised that the Port will be closed from 06:00-15:00 09.12.25.

The following sailings will be cancelled:
- 02:00 Dublin-Holyhead
- 08:05 
Dublin-Holyhead

- 08:15 Holyhead-Dublin
- 14:10 Holyhead-Dublin

The first expected sailing tomorrow, once the Holyhead Port reopens, will be the 14:30 James Joyce sailing ex Dublin, which will sail early at 13:45.


UPDATE 08/12/25

Irish Ferries wish to advise that for operational reasons departure 08/12/2025 20:15 Holyhead to Dublin James Joyce sailing will depart at earlier time of 19.30hrs. We also inform that departure 09/12/2025 02:40 Holyhead to Dublin Ulysses sailing will depart at earlier time of 01.30hrs.


UPDATE 05/12/25

Due to bad weather conditions below listed departures are cancelled:

- from Dublin to Holyhead 05.12.25 14:30;

- from Rosslare to Pembroke 05.12.25 08:45;
- from Pembroke to Rosslare 05.12.25 14:45;

Next scheduled sailing currently is the 02.45 ex Pembroke on Monday 8th

- from Dublina to Cherbourg 05.12.25 18:30;
- from Cherbourg to Dublin 05.12.25 16:30;
- from Dublina to Cherbourg 06.12.25 16:00;
- from Cherbourg to Dublin 06.12.25. 19:30;


UPDATE 18/12/24

Ferry operator Irish Ferries informed that the port of Holyhead will remain closed until Wednesday 15th January. All departures on the operator's Dublin-Holyhead route have been cancelled during that time.


UPDATE 13/12/24

Following another delay in the opening of the Holyhead port, operator Irish Ferries announces that their service on the Dublin-Holyhead route will be restored as of December 19.


UPDATE 12/12/24

The port of Holyhead remains closed. 
The restoration of crossings between the ports of Dublin and Holyhead has been postponed until the afternoon hours of Friday 13 December.


UPDATE 11/12/24

The Holyhead Port Managment has advised that works at the port are still ongoing. As a result, Irish Ferries reports that the Holyhead-Dublin service will remain suspended for the next 24 hours. The operator plans to reinstate the services tomorrow afternoon.


UPDATE 10/12/24

The Holyhead Port Managment has announced that a planned underwater inspection at the port has been postponed again due to difficult weather conditions. This has caused a 24-hour delay in the reinstatement of crossings between Holyhead and Dublin.

Irish Ferries says they expect the service to be reinstated on the afternoon of Wednesday 11 December.
