Yesterday, on 28 January 2026, at the headquarters of Polska Żegluga Morska P.P. an agreement concerning the acquisition of shares in POLSCA S.A. was officially signed. This is a symbolic and groundbreaking moment, confirming the strength of cooperation and a shared vision for the development of the ferry transport market. The shareholders of POLSCA S.A. are:
- Polska Żegluga Morska P.P. Group (Unity Line)
- Hass Holding (EuroAfrica)
- Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A. (Polferries)
This partnership is more than a formal business decision. It is an expression of trust, responsibility, and belief in the future of ferry shipping in the Baltic Sea, Unity Line reports. The joint actions of the shareholders aim to build a new quality of services, a strong brand, and stable connections that will effectively link people, markets, and ports across the Baltic Sea region.
Confirmation of the chosen strategy and the potential of this cooperation is the success of the new ferry Jantar Unity, which has begun regular sailings on the Świnoujście–Trelleborg route.
